Zomato's IPO is one of the most anticipated IPOs of the year. It’s like the appetiser on the menu of internet companies planning IPOs in 2021. According to the DRHP, Zomato will offer equity shares having a face value of Re 1 each to raise up to Rs 8,250 cr, of which Rs 7,500 cr will be via a fresh issue and Rs 750 cr via an offer for sale for its existing investor Info Edge.
