| Video Discription | The Zesty Nimble is a remote direct drive 3D printer extruder. This means you have the benefits of a direct drive extruder without the weight of a stepper motor. Marcus used the Nimble on a SeeMeCNC Orion Delta, a printer with a Bowden style extruder. Eric used it on an Alunar M505 (Anet A8 clone). We had an overall positive experience, differing slightly due to prior knowledge and the printers being used. The flexible filament "TPU" printed faster and more effectively on our Orion than before and close to stock results were achieved on the Alunar. Pros Universal: Custom mounts allow this to work on almost any FDM printer. Compact: Light weight and ambidextrous (for dual extrusion). Ease of use: Filament loading easier on Alunar. Discord: Fantastic customer service and active community. Recommended firmware settings/upgrades shared here. Cons Price: About $100 American. Noise: Poor motor placement could lead to added noise.
