(01 January 2021 - 31 March 2021) - Fat2Fit Unni Mukundan gained body weight up to 93 kgs last year for his character Jayakrishnan in his first own production movie - Meppadiyan which is ready to release now. After the shoot, he has to cut down the fat and reduce his body weight. He started 3 months transformation and fitness challenge by inviting the public to join him for the period 01 January 2021 - 31 March 2021. FitnessWithUM. Initially, he practiced a few sessions in traditional Kalaripayattu (Kannur) to regain his flexibility and stamina. But that was not enough. Later, during the transformation challenge period, he followed a proper diet and undergone severe weight training workout sessions. Thanking each and everyone who contributed and supported me to achieve the current best fit body ever in my life.
