The day this was filmed, was the 4th and last time that i would allow it to continue with him. * Nala is a highly trained service dog, with over 18 months of training before I was paired with her this past April. Any dog trainer will verify, working dogs like her are very hard to distract: 1st part of video is me walking past him on my way out of the mall and right as i pass him , you see my Service Dog look at him as he jump scares at her and then he laughs about it So, i reviewed the video to confirm what happened and decided to confront this guy! * video is in 9:16 vertical format had it been recorded in 16:9 horizontal instead it would be clearly be seen what the he did!
