Thank you! 명태알탕 요리 방법 : 1. 육수 + 야채 (무우, 대파)을 물 900cc(종이컵 6컵 분량)을 함께 넣고 센불로 끓여줍니다. 2. 끓기 시작하면 명태알, 곤이 등이 들어있는 해물의 내용물과 콩나물을 모두 넣고 5분간 끓여줍니다.(뚜껑을 닫지 않습니다) 3. 5분간 끓였으면 두부를 넣고 다시 한소끔 끓여주신 후 약불로 줄여줍니다. 4. 5~10분간 약불에서 간을 보시며 졸여주신 후 기호에 맞춰 후추, 소금, 고추가루 등을 후첨하여 드시면 됩니다. TIP 쑥갓, 미나리, 깻잎 등 가정에 있는 맛내기 야채를 넣어 주셔도 좋습니다. (단, 드시기 직전에 넣는 것이 향이 더욱 좋습니다) 1. Add the broth + vegetables (radish, green onion) to 900cc of water (6 paper cups) and boil over high heat. 2. When it starts to boil, add all the seafood contents including pollack roe, konni, etc. and bean sprouts and boil for 5 minutes. (Do not close the lid.) 3. After boiling for 5 minutes, add the tofu and boil again for a short while, then reduce the heat to low. 4. Taste and simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, then add pepper, salt, red pepper powder, etc. to taste and enjoy. TIP You can add seasoning vegetables you have at home such as mugwort, water parsley, and perilla leaves. (However, the flavor is better if you add it right before eating.) |
