| Video Discription | This video provides a tutorial on the process of DNA packaging into chromosome. The packing of DNA involves the formation of nucleosome and chromatin. Nucleosomes are a complex of DNA and histone proteins, resembles a structure of beads on a string. Tightly packed nucleosomes form 30 nm fibers, nucleofilament. Further condensation of nucleofilaments form long DNA loops called chromatin fiber.
