Here are a few common moisturiser mistakes to avoid: ❌Using less quantity ✅You need a coin sized amount of moisturiser on your face and 3-4 pumps of moisturiser on your whole whole. ❌Dry skin instead of damp skin ✅Using moisturiser on damp skin not only requires less amount of moisturiser but also seals in the moisture to give you supple skin for longer. Always moisturise within 2 minutes of taking a shower when skin is still damp. ❌Using the wrong one for you skin ✅Every skin type requires a moisturiser. You need to find the correct one to suit your skin type. Use a gel based moisturiser for oily skin type and a cream or lotion formulation for dry skin type. ❌Not applying at night ✅Night time is the most important time to apply a moisturiser if you have dry skin. As heater or air conditioner is on while sleeping, then this increases the likelihood of drying out the skin. Applying a liberal amount of moisturiser on face and body before bed is important.
