| Video Discription | Jaunpur District के Malhni Assembly Constituency में एक गांव Madhopatti है. यह गांव अफसरों के गांव के नाम से जाना जाता है. इस गांव के लगभग हर घर में एक व्यक्ति IAS या IPS है. यहीं नहीं गांव के कई प्रतिभाशाली लोग इसरो, मनीला और इंटरनेशनल बैंक में भी अपनी सेवाएं दे रहे हैं. इस गांव के पहले IAS अधिकारी Mustafa Hussain, मशहुर कवि Wamiq Jaunpuri के पिता थे. 1914 में मुस्तफा हुसैन यूनियन पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन की परीक्षा पास किए और अफसर बने. हुसैन के बाद IAS Indu Prakash थे, जिन्होंने 1951 में सिविल सेवा परीक्षा में दूसरी रैंक हासिल की और IFS ऑफिस बने. वह करीब 16 देशों में भारत के राजदूत भी रहे. कहा जाता है हर साल इस गांव से कोई अधिकार जरूर बनता है. इंडिया टीवी (India TV)' का खास कार्यक्रम 'ये पब्लिक है सब जानती है (Ye Public Hai Sab Jaanti Hai)' की टीम चुनावी माहौल में इस गांव में जनता का मूड समझने पहुंची थी. बातचीत के दौरान यहां के लोगों ने कहा कि अफसरों के गांव में नेताओं की ज़रूरत नहीं हैं. बिना सरकार के भी यहां की कानून व्यवस्था अच्छी रहती है.
