Yudhishtiran always followed the Norms like his father Lord Yaman. This is why he was called as Dharmar. Dharmar is well aware of all the Shaastiras. Dharmar was the leader of the Pandavas during the Mahabaratha war and also ruled Hasthinapuram and Indiraprastham. Bheeman saw lord shiva in the disguise of a wild bull and caught its back. Lord shiva in the form of the wild bull entered into the earth and escaped .With the back portion of the wild bull, Dharmar along with the other pandavaas, made strong penance to lord shiva. It is at this Kedhar , which is one amongst the 18 jothilinghams, where Lord shiva gave darshan to the Pandavaas and got rid of their sins.
