| Video Discription | I'm an experienced kava drinker and if you're not, you probably want to use no more than a non-heaping 1/4 cup scoop to start with, and you may wish to strain all the chunks out with nylon or cheesecloth. You will lose potency as you strain more out, but the texture will be easier to drink. You can soak the remaining kava for later or use it the next night. Bula!!!
