| Video Discription | First time Shahid faced a bowling machine. Speed range was 55-65 mph, in line with weekly club cricket league games. Just Cricket Analysis: Footwork needs improving especially front foot towards the pitch of the ball. Head movement not bad but needs to remain more still and must continue to watch the ball in order to gauge the pace, line and length of the ball. The good news: Round 2 was a lot better especially as adjustment to new environment, bowling machine and coaching conditions were in play. Shahid listened to advice well after his warm up round and certainly can hit the ball well when timed. We will definitely get there and get the feet moving more in order to play more timed shots.
