| Video Discription | Ringan Palita or Paleta are slices of aubergine coated with a blend of spices and then shallow fried to make a round disc of deliciousness that you can eat with roti or stick in a burger bun! Most recipes will lead to a lot of oil being used to fry the aubergine slices (as aubergines need a lot of oil). This results in greasy slices. But I'll show you a trick that'll reduce the amount of oil, help the spices stick to the aubergine and lead to a delicious dish. I even make some potatoes slices as part of this meal as it goes so well with the aubergine! So do try this recipe. It'll become a favourite in your family too!
