Bobby Gregory demonstrates how to use the "secret grooves and installation holes" known to professional installers. Once you know the secret you can get the fluorescent lights into the fixture quickly! Recessed lights don't allow you to install the bulbs from the side, unlike non-recessed fluorescent fixtures - making changing bulbs in recessed fixtures appear much more difficult. Recessed fluorescent fixtures are found in rooms or offices with suspended ceilings.
