| Video Discription | I had the pleasure of filming Disfrutar in Barcelona, Spain. This two-Michelin star restaurant was recently named the 9th best restaurant in the world by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. An enormous thank you to Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch, and Mario Rodriguez for their hospitality. It was incredible to watch a kitchen cook at the highest level, showcasing systematic precision, and unbelievable imagination and creativity. An amazing blend of food and art. At Disfrutar, you can enjoy either a 25 course or 30 course meal that normally lasts about 3-4 hours for a truly unique and delicious dining experience. Some of the dishes include a carbonara with transparent, jelly-based macaroni; crispy egg yolk with mushroom gelatin; deconstructed ceviche; and chocolate cream encased in jelly and molded to look like green and red chillies.
