It’s also the heaviest car here, weighing in at 1,610kg. Alongside it is the VW Golf R. It’s also powered by a 2-litre 4-cylinder turbo, but in this instance it produces 320hp and 420Nm. It’s one of the lightest cars here, at 1,525kg, and it’s also the cheapest, coming in at around £43,000. Next up we have the BMW M135i. Once again it’s powered by a 2-litre 4 cylinder, and this produces 306hp and 450Nm. Power is sent to all four wheels, and the car tips the scales at 1,525kg - just like the Golf. However, it’s slightly more expensive, costing around £44,000. Then finally we have the AMG A35. It’s powered by a (you guessed it…) 2-litre 4-cylinder turbo, and it puts down 306hp and 400Nm.
