| Video Discription | We usually DO NOT report things like this but.. Brantly Thompson was being so secret and acting weird we had to dive deeper in. First we apologize to Robert Pascente from the Rock Band Legacy Dallas Texas and promise to make up that interview. On Friday night 01/18/14 while preparing for the Legacy interview our Jam team ran into Brantly Thompson from Brand New Machine. BMN as we call them in Deep Ellum was signed by Denny Sanders E.A.R. Back in 2012 and did shows with Guns N Roses. Their album dropped this past summer and the song titled "Girls Like You" written by Darren DPaul Wise climbed to billboard's top 40. Sources close to management said the label invested over 300k plus behind them for album and 2013 tour. They were on their way until the brakes were tapped when Darren DPaul Wise abruptly left the band taking all the material written with him. Sources close to the band and label stated " Basically all the songs for Brand New Machine were written by Darren DPaul Wise and a large undisclosed settlement was reached between Denny Sanders and E.A.R. after they tried to drop the album with DPaul's copy written songs without crediting him". They did however credit DPaul on several songs on the album keeping Sanders Group out of hot water after the settlement was paid. Brant and band went on without DPaul but just didn't have the same sound without their original song writer. But wait there's a more deeper twist to the story involving Denny Sanders but we cannot state what "Really" is going on until we verify sources.. STAY TUNED. We did however reach out to Brantly Thompson with no luck to ask him why he got so angry Friday night 01/18/14 at Texas Music Factory ( Rehearsal studio for bands in Richardson Texas ) when the guys were just trying to find out why he was in Dallas. He didn't return our calls. We did get a call back from Darren DPaul Wise he stated : " Brantly is sorry for the way he reacted but he was just caught off guard. Yes there was a agreement reached concerning the songs that I wrote and published and I did get credit for them and that's all I can say due to the confidentiality agreement signed". We asked Darren if he was back in Brand New Machine and he laughed and stated "NO WAY would never share the same stage with Wiley Oliver again". When asked if he and Brant are back together in SILVERGUN he stated: " Well you're going to have to show up at TREES in Dallas Sunday Feb. 9th for the Dokken show to see who's ROCKS the front of the stage for SILVERGUN" We reached out to Jacob Henderson ( Current lead singer of SILVERGUN) and have not heard back yet. We did talk also to SIVERGUNS management company LOUD Media and they were very careful not to say anything one way or the other but did verify that they will be rolling with Rockin The Red Carpet forth season starting in May 2014. Rockin the Red Carpet featured BNM a few years ago. Brant and Darren shared the same stage with Vince Neil of Motley Crue and Mark Slaughter of Slaughter. One can only assume its going to be Brantly. Clint from TREES verified that SILVERGUN is on the bill but could not verify if its Henderson or Thompson as the front guy.
