| Video Discription | आज इस वीडियो में Dr. Nisha Kapoor, Gastroenterologist एसिड रिफ्लक्स केलिए जीवनशैली में बदलाव (Diet and Lifestyle for GERD, Acid reflux and Acidity) इस विषय पर महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी देनेवाली है। बोहोत सारे लोगोको acidity की तकलीफे हो रही है चाहे पेट में जलन होना या पेट फूलना। Acidity कम करने केलिए काफी महत्वपूर्ण होता है की अपना lifestyle या जीवनशैली में थोड़ा बदलाव लाए। कई लोगोको कई सालो तक एसिडिटी की समस्या होती है और हम देखते है की वह हमेशा दवाइया खाते रहते है। दवाई खाने से बीमारी का निवारण हो जाता है लेकिन दवाई बंद करते ही तुरंत यह प्रॉब्लम फिरसे शुरू होने लगती है। लंबे समय तक दवाइया नहीं ले जा सकती है क्युकी उनके side effects होते है। तो जरुरी है की हम अपने खान पान या lifestyle पे ध्यान दे ताकि ये समस्या पैदा ही ना हो। Acidity का नियंत्रण कैसे करे?
